John is a 2002 graduate of Elon University with degrees in Political Science and Public Administration. John is licensed in Virginia and a licensed Broker in North Carolina, his area of expertise includes land acquisition, development, property management, and people. He is the 3rd generation of real estate from the Cale family and applies the same high standards and principles to the business of his Father and his Grandfather.
John also holds the title of Director of Development for University Suites, LLC, a student-housing company founded by Hatcher Cale in 1999. He oversees the land acquisition and development of 150-200 units each year for University Suites. His hobbies include boating, fishing, traveling, and anything else that can be done on the water.
